Air Charter Broker Disclosure: JetEdCo is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier or aircraft operator. JetEdCo does not own, maintain, crew, or operate aircraft and does not exercise operational control over any flight. Air transportation arranged through JetEdCo is performed by properly licensed and authorized third-party direct air carriers operating under applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations, including 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 121 as appropriate, or under equivalent authority issued by a foreign civil aviation authority. The selected direct air carrier retains sole responsibility for operational control of the flight, including the aircraft, crew, maintenance, dispatch, flight planning, safety, and regulatory compliance.

JetEdCo arranges single-entity charter air transportation in accordance with 14 CFR Part 295. JetEdCo’s capacity in a particular transaction—including whether it is acting as an indirect air carrier, as an agent of the charterer, or as an agent of the direct air carrier—will be disclosed before contracting, together with the identity of the carrier in operational control and other disclosures required by applicable law. Aircraft availability, routing, schedules, passenger capacity, amenities, and pricing are subject to operator confirmation and may change. Aircraft photographs and descriptions are representative; the aircraft ultimately provided may differ. References to ARGUS, WYVERN, IS-BAO, or other independent safety standards describe credentials held by a specific operator only when expressly identified and do not mean that JetEdCo itself holds an operator certification or that every available operator holds every accreditation.
